Research Interests & Focus

Dr. Moser is an expert in Cutaneous Oncology, including Melanoma and Non-Melanoma Skin Cancers. In the clinic, Dr. Moser’s research focuses on developing new cancer treatments for patients through access to clinical trials.
As part of the HonorHealth Research institute Center for Translational Science, Dr. Moser collaborates with other sciences to identify and create new cancer treatments in the laboratory.
While Dr. Moser has interest in all forms of Melanoma and Skin Cancer, he has a particular interest in Uveal (or Ocular) Melanoma, a rare form of melanoma that starts in the back of the eye. Uveal Melanoma is resistant to many of the treatments for other types of Melanoma, and therefore there is an urgent need for new and better treatment options for patients with this type of cancer.
