Jailene Ruiz Pacheco, currently serving as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the HonorHealth Research Institute, proudly reflects on her five-year journey with the organization. She recently shared her deep-rooted passion for research, stating, “I knew I wanted a career in research when I started working as a Front Desk Registration/Scheduler at the HonorHealth Research Institute in 2021.” She expressed her satisfaction in contributing to the collection of data aimed at finding, preventing, and treating cancer, a cause that resonated with her deeply. With the encouragement and support of her colleagues and management, she transitioned to the role of Clinical Research Coordinator, marking a significant milestone in her career.
Among her proudest work-related accomplishments, Ruiz Pacheco emphasized her growth and advancement within the HonorHealth company.
