About our Program
Under the leadership of Dr. Sunil Sharma, our interdisciplinary team excels at moving challenging drug targets from discovery to clinical trials. We develop small molecules, targeted therapies, cellular treatments, and vaccines for cancers—including rare and hard-to-treat types—as well as autoimmune diseases. Our advanced patient-derived organoid platform powers precision medicine, helping us select the right therapies and identify resistance early. Based in the Phoenix Bioscience Core, our 5,700 sq ft state-of-the-art facility is equipped with proprietary computational and medicinal chemistry tools, computer-aided drug design, and in vivo models for preclinical testing, biomarker discovery, and functional drug screening.
