Biography

Alison Ward serves as Supervisor of Research Coordination at HonorHealth Research Institute, where she leads a dedicated team of Clinical Research Coordinators currently in the Neuroscience and Gyn Oncology therapeutic areas, and previously in the Oncology therapeutic area, contributing to the advancement of innovative cancer research initiatives and patient care on Phase I-III studies.

With over 25 years of experience in the medical field – spanning clinical care, research, and administration – Alison brings a well-rounded and strategic perspective to her leadership role with a deep understanding of patient-centered research and operational excellence.

In addition to her clinical and leadership expertise, Alison contributes meaningfully to business operations. She has developed processes and streamlined workflows, improved cross-departmental collaboration, and continually supports initiatives that enhance regulatory compliance. Her work aligns day-to-day coordination efforts with broader organizational goals, supporting both research advancement and operational success.
