Alliyah Beard joined HonorHealth Research Institute in May 2023 as a Research Data Coordinator II, bringing with her over six years of clinical research experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and previously worked at a multi-disciplinary Contract Research Organization (CRO), where she supported a wide range of clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. This experience allowed her to develop a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and data integrity.
At the Research Institute, Alliyah has improved patient tracking systems, developed the foundation for the institute’s standardized research note header, and regularly assists with IT and data-related challenges. She has also precepted new team members, reflecting her collaborative and supportive approach.
Alliyah values the flexibility of her hybrid position, which allows her to work remotely or on-site as needed. This adaptability supports her productivity and work-life balance while giving her the opportunity to deepen her involvement in the data side of clinical research. Her focus on data quality, efficiency, and teamwork aligns with the Institute’s mission to advance impactful research.
