Christopher Abel is a dynamic business operations leader with a strong foundation in project management, strategic planning, and community engagement. Currently serving as Manager of Business Operations, Strategic Project Management Office, at the HonorHealth Research Institute, Christopher plays a key role in driving process improvements, optimizing workflows, and supporting research initiatives that enhance healthcare outcomes.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Community Activism and Social Policy from Arizona State University, and an MBA in Project Management in progress at Grand Canyon University, Christopher blends academic knowledge with real-world experience to deliver impactful results.

His background includes managing high-performing retail operations for major brands such as Under Armour and Sportsman’s Warehouse, where he consistently led top-ranked stores and maintained flawless audit records from both the ATF and internal compliance teams.

Christopher brings a broad skill set in project management, business development, policy analysis, and team leadership. His career is defined by a commitment to operational excellence and a passion for creating efficient, scalable systems that support growth and innovation. A proud Eagle Scout, Christopher’s leadership style is rooted in integrity, resilience and service.

He is currently pursuing Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to further his expertise in project management, with a long-term focus of optimizing performance across teams and systems.
