Crystle has worked in oncology since 2006, beginning her career in an HonorHealth in-patient oncology unit. After 10 years, she made the transition to oncology research, where she began as a research infusion nurse and is now one of the charge nurses on that unit.
Crystle works on several committees and task forces, including Health Literacy, Fall Prevention, and Infection prevention. She also has been the principal investigator in a nurse-led research project, and is involved in ongoing projects to improve process and outcomes.
