Danell has more than 20 years of healthcare experience, with a diverse clinical background that includes school nursing, telemetry, medical/surgical care, and emergency/trauma services. Her extensive hands-on experience has provided her with a strong foundation in patient care and healthcare operations.
Danell has been with HRI for five years. During her first four and a half years, she served as a Patient Care Technician, where she developed a deep understanding of patient needs and clinical workflows. She recently transitioned into the Registration and Scheduling role, bringing valuable clinical insight to the administrative side of patient care.
Leveraging her healthcare experience, Danell has played an active role in developing workflows and processes that support the success of the Scheduling team. She is passionate about education, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and she is committed to helping team members grow while enhancing operational efficiency and the overall patient experience.
