She began her career in long term care, where she developed a deep commitment to patient-centered care and advocacy.
Before transitioning into oncology, Dayna built a strong foundation in cardiac and acute care nursing through her work in cardiac PCU and telemetry.
Her passion for oncology nursing has been shaped by her work with both gynecologic patients and those participating in early-phase clinical trials.
Outside of work, Dayna enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature and snuggling her two cats, Fifi and Coco.
