Donna Crosby rejoined HonorHealth in February 2025 as Practice Manager at the HonorHealth Research Institute, bringing with her over a decade of leadership experience in healthcare operations. Prior to this role, she managed a multi-site orthopedic trauma clinic for more than 11 years, where she successfully led its expansion into Tucson, Phoenix, and Scottsdale — demonstrating her strength in strategic growth and multi-location management.
Donna’s connection to HonorHealth began in 2006, when she served in a physician reimbursement and coding and compliance management role until 2014. Her deep understanding of healthcare regulations, combined with her operational expertise, makes her a valuable asset in advancing the Institute’s mission of innovation and excellence in research.
