Erica has been in the medical field for 15 years and has worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at HonorHealth Research Institute for the past nine years, where they’ve played a key role in supporting a wide range of clinical trials; from early-phase studies to large-scale trials in areas of oncology, bariatrics and bone marrow transplant.
They’ve also mentored new coordinators and enjoy being a go-to team member when questions come up or when things need a little extra attention. Above all, Erica is passionate about the real-world impact of clinical research and proud to be part of a team that’s pushing medicine forward.
When they’re not coordinating studies, you’ll likely find them on the golf course or spending time with family, enjoying the Arizona sunshine.
