Isaac Bernstein is a Clinical Trials Budget Analyst at the HonorHealth Research Institute, specializing in financial planning and budget negotiation for industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies. As a CTMS systems expert, Isaac manages pre-award workflows, budget development, and financial tracking within the platform to strengthen operational efficiency across the research portfolio. He works closely with Principal Investigators, program managers, and research staff at HonorHealth to maintain transparency, enhance communication, and ensure that every clinical trial is supported by a strong and sustainable financial foundation.
Before joining HonorHealth, Isaac worked as a Research Financial Analyst at Banner Health Research, focusing on budgeting, financial planning, and coverage analysis for clinical studies. He began his research career following the completion of his graduate studies.
Isaac earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from Grand Canyon University in 2019. He also completed a Certificate in Coverage Analysis under the instruction of Kelly Wallenberg, further strengthening his foundation in clinical research compliance and financial oversight.
