Jaeger’s primary role at HonorHealth has been advancing the innovative PATRIOT program under the leadership of Dr. Sunil Sharma and Dr. Raffaella Soldi within HonorHealth’s Center for Translational Science. The program leverages cutting-edge technologies and multidisciplinary scientific approaches to generate actionable insights into treatment strategies, with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes and advancing precision medicine.
Since joining the laboratory in mid-2025, Jaeger has contributed a strong foundation of research expertise, bringing more than five years of scientific research experience, including four years focused on translational research at the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an emphasis in Genetics from Arizona State University in 2020.
