Jannat M. Vargas Estevez is a highly skilled healthcare administrator with a strong background in medical budgeting, financial operations, and administrative process improvement. With experience across both clinical and operational environments, she brings a unique ability to bridge frontline healthcare needs with behind-the-scenes financial strategy.

Her work has focused on supporting large medical facilities with comprehensive budget planning, compliance monitoring, and data-driven financial reporting. Jannat has extensive experience working with enterprise financial systems to track expenditures, streamline processes, and ensure adherence to organizational policies.

She has led initiatives to improve reporting accuracy, reduce waste, and align financial operations with broader institutional goals. As a Certified Medical Assistant, she also understands patient care delivery and uses that insight to help hospital leadership allocate resources effectively and improve operational outcomes.
