Kailey Webber is a Research Data Coordinator II at HonorHealth Research Institute, where she has been supporting clinical research operations since March 2025. In her role, she collaborates with research teams, investigators, and sponsors to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and the successful execution of clinical trials.
Prior to entering the clinical research field, Kailey gained experience in Human Resources, Marketing, and Post-Funding Operations within the mortgage industry, developing strong skills in communication, organization, process management, and attention to detail. She holds an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Clinical Research Coordination from Pima Community College and is passionate about supporting innovative research that advances patient care and improves health outcomes.
