Kathy Johnson has over 20 years of diverse experience in healthcare administration, billing, and office management. Her career began in Podiatry, where she served as a Medical Assistant and Radiology Technician, followed by a role in interior design administration.
She transitioned into healthcare leadership as Office Manager for Phoenix Urological Surgeons for over 10 years overseeing staff and operations across two locations. Kathy continued her leadership at Arizona Urology Specialists, managing offices in Scottsdale. She later joined Scottsdale Cardiology’s billing department, which was acquired by HonorHealth, where she continued in billing roles until 2022.
Currently, she serves in New Patient Processing at the HonorHealth Research Institute, contributing her extensive administrative and billing expertise to clinical research operations.
