Kiersten grew up in sunny Arizona before moving to California to begin pursuing her passion for medicine. She obtained her phlebotomy license at 18 to start working with patients. She graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego with a degree in Philosophy and a minor in Cellular and Molecular Biology.
Now home in Arizona, she cares for patients at the HonorHealth Research Institute, with a special passion for promoting Health Literacy and patient advocacy. Kiersten is an active member of the Health Literacy Committee and the Community Outreach Committee, furthering her commitment to the best patient care possible.
When she is not working, Kiersten enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. They can often be found paddleboarding the Salt River or baking something fun.
