Biography

Mariah Blaney is a Senior Analyst in Revenue Cycle Operations at HonorHealth Research Institute, where she supports multiple clinical research programs. With over a decade of experience in healthcare finance and operations (nine with HRI), she brings deep expertise in financial reporting, contract analysis, billing reconciliation, and sponsor invoicing. Her work ensures fiscal integrity and process efficiency across more than 100 active studies.

Along with holding an MBA with an emphasis in Health Systems Management and a BS in Healthcare Administration, Mariah is also a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), Business Intelligence Specialist (CSBI), Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA), and Six Sigma Black Belt. Her track record includes recovering substantial missed revenue, designing automated reporting systems, leading software implementations, and streamlining cross-department workflows.

Mariah has served as a developer, administrator, and trainer for Clinical Conductor, Merge CTMS, SharePoint, Workfront, and other platforms, using these tools to build custom and automated solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency. She routinely partners with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve processes and financial performance.
