Mariah Gonzalez plays a key role in the patient intake process at HonorHealth Research Institute’s Oncology Research Division. As a dedicated Patient Intake Coordinator, she is responsible for scheduling new patients diagnosed with a variety of cancer, including: renal, ovarian. sarcoma. lung, head and neck, and breast cancers.
In preparation for each patient’s initial consultation, Mariah ensures that all relevant medical records are obtained and organized to provide physicians with the critical information they need to deliver timely and informed care. Her attention to detail, compassion for patients, and commitment to excellence support a smooth and efficient onboarding process during what often is a vulnerable time in a patient’s journey.
