Merriann Hughes has been with HonorHealth Research Institute for nearly three years, supporting a team with a wide range of administrative tasks. She helps onboard new hires by assigning required policies, creates metric spreadsheets to help track performance and progress, and takes care of many smaller day-to-day duties. Her attention to detail and willingness to jump in whenever needed, helps keep the team organized and on track.
