Mohan R. Kaadige, Ph.D.

Dr. Mohan R. Kaadige is a research scientist with extensive experience, more than 20 years, in cancer cell biology, and 10 years in drug development. He specializes in building comprehensive drug development programs by integrating computational drug design, synthetic medicinal chemistry, and biology. Dr. Kaadige works closely with clinical investigators and scientists to facilitate the development of novel therapeutics for cancer and other diseases. His skills include drug target selection and validation, development of screening strategies for hit to lead discovery, lead optimization via structure activity relationship, in vitro ADME, pharmacokinetics and biomarker identification, preclinical safety, toxicology, and efficacy studies. He is involved with a team that has successfully translated research from the laboratory to clinic.
