Nicole Dafoe is an Arizona native and dedicated registered nurse and family nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Since 2023, Nicole has specialized in phase I oncology clinical research trials at the HonorHealth Research Institute, where she supports the advancement of innovative cancer therapies. She brings a broad and dynamic clinical background to her role in oncology research, having previously worked in neurology, trauma, orthopedics and the emergency department.
Nicole recently graduated with her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about continuing her work in oncology research and expanding her clinical impact as an advanced practice provider.
An active member of the Oncology Nursing Society, Nicole also serves on the board of the East Valley ONS Chapter as Director-at-Large. She has been recognized for her commitment to nursing excellence, receiving a Nurse of the Year nomination in 2023 and a 2024. Her nominations were for Excellence in Service Behaviors and Customer Service.
