Nicole Homes is a dedicated healthcare professional with over nine years of experience at HonorHealth, including two years as a Front Office Lead, and a current promotion to Front Office Supervisor.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and has been instrumental in advancing patient safety and care quality in the outpatient oncology setting. Nicole played a key role on the Fall Prevention Task Force, where her contributions led to meaningful policy and protocol changes that reduced patient falls. This initiative was selected as a Magnet story for Shea Medical Center’s 2026 Magnet recertification and is under consideration for publication in the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing under the title “Fall Risk Screening and Prevention for Patients in an Outpatient Oncology Clinic Setting.”
Outside of her professional work, Nicole enjoys reading, writing, camping, and off-roading with her family. She lives with her husband, Joe, her son, Hunter, and two German Shepherds, Jamie and Ruger.
