Shelby Pearse has been at the Honor Health Research Institute since 2018, serving in three different departments, continually expanding her understanding and experience with Oncology Research.
Shelby enjoys mentoring fellow staff members and seeing team members grow in their knowledge and confidence. As a research data coordinator, she has welcomed new challenges with being a dedicated Investigator Initiated Trial specialist. She has worked through multiple projects from conception to completion. Being a part of the entire length of a project to see the concept, treatments, results and publication fuels her soul knowing the difference we are making.
Shelby’s passion is using her job in research to change the future for treatment, care and innovation for patients. In addition, Shelby is an HonorHealth Ambassador. As an ambassador her daily goal is to live the ICARE values of HonorHealth: Innovation. Collaboration. Accountability. Respect. Empathy.
