With over 15 years of experience in clinical research — 11 years of those years dedicated to oncology — Wendy Arrington brings a deep understanding of trial execution and operational excellence to HonorHealth Research Institute. A research career that began in 2010, evolved into an Oncology specialization by 2014, aligning with the Institute’s mission to drive innovation in cancer treatment and patient care.
Starting at HonorHealth as a Research Data Coordinator (RDC) in 2014, her responsibilities steadily expanded through multiple roles, and eventually culminating in promotion to Clinical Research Coordinator III (CRC III). In this capacity, her responsibilities included managing complex oncology trials, regulatory compliance, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure protocol compliance and data integrity across multiple study phases.
In 2020, a strategic shift to business operations led to her current role of Clinical Trial Coverage Analyst. This move broadened her scope of expertise to include start-up processes, and cross-functional coordination with sponsors, CROs, and site teams.
